To return merchandise please contact us for a RMA number. After receiving an RMA for customer support please place item in orginal packaging and provide proof of purchase and mail to address provided from customer support

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase date

All returned items must be in new unused condition with orginal tags and labels attached.

After unpackaging your new pot, be sure all paper products are out of your new smudge pot.

Warning... DO NOT USE GASOLINE IN YOUR SMUDGE POT First fill you pot as full as desired ( do not over flow ) suggested amount would be half full. Once full use paper or cardboard or ( propane torch lighter) out side of your pot and roll up to fit inside the hole to light..

Light paper or cardboard and place inside the pot enough to catch the fuel you are using to catch fire. With Damper open allow pot to burn untill it is burning consistently. Once a steady burn close damper to desired flame and enjoy. To shut down unit, simply close all damper holes and close.cap.
